Our Origin:: Onest found its existence with the confluence of inter-disciplinary interactions of some exceptional talents from their respective fields, who found something missing in the existing socio-cultural scenario. So a group of IITians came together and undertook an initiative, endeavoring to redefine the parameters of media and entertainment. With the objective of providing fresh and smart alternatives to the existing ways of things and introducing creativity to the rather monotonous sectors, Onest made its modest beginning. The idea behind the whole mission was to look at things afresh and explore the untrodden paths and leave a trail behind. We, at Onest aim at becoming knowledge power more than a financial power as we believe knowledge and ideas are the real driving power.Our Vision:: We define Onest as a new business principle and our vision is to carve a niche for our brand of concept based events. We endeavor to take entertainment to new heights, adhering to the VISION, with which this organization was founded. In accordance with our corporate vision, we aim to become a catalyst for our corporate clients in an honest interaction of corporate social responsibility with cause related marketing. An honest and creative endeavour to be happy and leave a smile on the faces of all those we rub our shoulders against.That might be through an evening of poetic laughter, humor and satire where we laugh at ourselves and the system, to appreciate the beauty around us in the temporary sanity which lightheartedness bestows upon mankind. A light heartedness which comes from the words which give a vent to our feelings and emotions. Words which are wisely and intuitively woven by gifted minds, more popularly known as poets. Or it might be through your favourite singers and musicians where you let go of yourself to the captivating intensity of the magic called music. Where the ryhtms and the beats, the ragas and the swaras, strike a chord with the music of your soul, an everlasting crescendo which we fail to hear in the chaos of the rat-race in the corporate jungle. It could also be an honest initiative to bring happiness and light to those whom fate and society have left aside in slums or jhuggi-jhopris. A stigma which Indians have chosen to forget rather than share the pain to make things change.Our creativity knows no bounds, nor does our zeal to honestly make an effort to bring smiles to people.
